Youth Zombies Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
QOOQ inc. ("we") sets out below how the smartphone app "Youth Zombies" (the "App") handles information about its users.
1. Information we collect
The App uses two services provided by Google LLC. Each of them collects the following information from the App.
Improving the game (Firebase Analytics)
- Play and progress: screens viewed, tutorial progress, stage starts, wins, losses and interruptions, retries, stamina use, spending of the in-game currency (GG), views of item purchase screens, ads shown and rewards received
- In-app purchase results: purchase attempts, whether each was completed, cancelled or pending, and the transaction identifier
- Device and environment: the app instance ID (an identifier Firebase issues for each installation), device model, OS version, language setting and app version
- Approximate region: the country or region estimated from the IP address of the connection
Ads (Google AdMob)
The App shows a video ad only when you choose to watch one, and gives an in-game item (an energy drink) to users who watch it to the end. To serve these ads, Google AdMob collects:
- Device and environment: device model, OS version, language setting, app version, and the IP address with the country or region estimated from it
- Device identifiers: on iOS, the identifier for vendors (IDFV) and similar; on Android, the Google advertising ID
- Ad activity: ads shown, completed views, taps and similar
- Diagnostics and performance: failures to load or show an ad, loading times and similar
On iOS, the App does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). It therefore does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), and the ads are not personalised to your interests.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos.
2. How we use it
- Information collected through Firebase Analytics is used to improve the game's difficulty and playability, find bugs and compile usage statistics.
- Information collected through Google AdMob is used to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent ad fraud.
3. Sharing with third parties
The information is sent to the servers of Google LLC, which operates Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). How Google uses information for ads is explained at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Except where required by law, we do not share it with any other third party.
4. Ad consent and settings
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent to ads through Google's consent management tool when it starts. You can change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the App's settings screen.
On Android, you can delete your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in the device settings.
Watching video ads is up to you. The whole game can be played without them.
5. In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and by Google on Android. We never receive your payment information, such as credit card numbers.
6. Information stored on your device
Game progress (save data) and settings are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers. Notifications, for example when your stamina has recovered, are scheduled on the device, and you can change the notification permission at any time in the device settings.
7. Retention
Information collected through Firebase Analytics is deleted automatically once the retention period set in Google Analytics has passed. Information collected through Google AdMob is retained and deleted under Google's policies.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the revised policy and the date of the change on this page.
